Every Tuesday (6P-8P): Ongoing workshops to learn how to knit or to advance your skills. Many projects avaiable. Join the many who have discovered the thrill of knitting. $40.00 for 4 weeks.

Every Thursday (9A-11A or 5P-7P): Scarf club. A perfect way to learn new techniques while finishing a project at the same time. Techniques will include the cable stitch, a fan and feather design, drop stitch, diagonal knitting, and the seed stitch. These scarves will make wonderful handmade gift items. $10.00 for each 2 hour class.

Saturday Classes:

11/05/05 9a-1p	Mohair Mittens	Featuring a rolled cuff, these mittens are warm, stylish and easy to make. Pattern can easily include an elegant yarn for the cuff. Pattern included in this 4 hour class. $20.00 class.
11/12/05 10a-4p	Raglan Sweater	This pullover is made in one piece from the neck down making it an ideal "first" sweater for the new knitter as well as a fun project for the seasoned knitter. A timeless design in child or adult size. Pattern required. Bring a lunch. Class fee $30.00.
11/19/05 10-4p	Raglan Sweater	Repeat of 11/12/05. A second class is being offered to accommodate the number of students who have shown an interest in this class. Choose one of the two dates offered.
11/26/05 10a-4p	Hats! Hats! Hats!	Big hats, Little Hats; felted hats, furry hats; camo hats, chemo hats; plain hats, pretty hats. Maybe even a hat to match your Mohair Mittens from the 11/05/05 class! Many selections to choose from. Bring a lunch. Class fee $30.00.
12/03/05 9a-11a	Mystery Class	Bring size 8 knitting needles and your sense of adventure. Knitting directions will be given in increments in order to keep the project a BIG FAT SECRET. Class fee $15.00.

We offer classes for all skill levels, and carry all of the materials you will need to produce the projects we teach.

ongoing classes

Class schedule will be limited for the month of December because of everyone's hectic holiday activities. When a little peace and quiet is needed, please accept my invitation to bring your current knitting projects and come sit and knit. I'll keep the coffee pot filled!

COMING ATTRACTIONS:
New classes are being developed and will be offered in the months to come. Some ideas so far include:
- color knitting which will include intarsia as well as fair isle patterning.

- block of the month Afghan Squares
- simple and chic shawls

Purchase of class project yarn from Yarn and Company is not mandatory, but is greatly appriciated. To make the most of your class time, please have all supplies ready prior to the scheduled class time. A 50% deposit of the class fee will guarantee your place in your chosen class. With less than 3 days cancellation notice, your payment will be forfeited to compensate the instructor.
