Afghan Square of the Month: The first Thursday 6P-8P OR the first Saturday 9A-11A of each month. A total of twelve different design squares will be offered and can be joined to create a full sized afghan or, for a smaller project, can be used to create one or several pillow tops. Participants must know how to do the knit and purl stitch. Sign up will be done on a monthly basis and joining this group may be done throughout the year.

Every Tuesday (6P-8P) or Thursday (throughout the day and evening): Ongoing workshops to learn how to knit, advance your skills or to work on a self chosen project with experienced help available. These classes are guaranteed to get your creative juices flowing and to provide an enjoyable social time for knitters of all skill levels.

Saturday Classes:

11/04/06 9a-12noon	Felted Stockings	This is a follow up class to the 10/14/06 class or you can start this project today and a private second class will be scheduled for a later date. Pattern required.
11/11/06 9a-12noon	Door Mitten	You've been asking for this felted project since I used it as a door decoration last year so HERE IT IS! Mine was accessorized with a beaded sheep but there are about a bazillion ways to personalize your own. Let's come up with some Ewe-nique ideas for you. Follow up class will be 12/2/06. Pattern required.
11/18/06 10a-2p	Mittens	Pat Shafman will teach us how to make lovely Mohair mittens (matching hat available) or you might choose to make thick, warm felted mittens instead. Either project may be chosen for this class time. Pattern required. Bring a lunch.
11/25/06 9a-12noon	Ornaments	Small knitted hats, gloves, Christmas trees, hearts with buttons...some felted, some not. A quick way to make handmade gifts for friends but remember to keep some for yourself. Select which ornaments you want to make from several pre-packaged kits. Kit purchase required (kit includes pattern).
12/02/06 9a-11a	Door Mitten	This is a follow up to the 11/11/06 class. Additional class time may be scheduled today if more than the planned 2 hours is needed.
12/09/06 10a-2p	Needle Felting	Jody Logar will show us how to do dry needle felting using a special barbed needle, wool roving, a foam cushion and MAGIC. We will concentrate on making a two dimensional felted Santa to use on the felted stocking or door mitten from the 10/14/06 or 11/11/06 class, however other designs to be used on hats, purses, etc can be shown if desired. Special prices will be given for felting and Santa kits for class participants.
12/16/06	Private Class	Schedule private classes as needed to finish projects before Christmas.

CLASS FEE IS $5.00 PER HOUR.
CLASS FEE FOR SATURDAY CLASSES IS $10.00 PER HOUR IF PROJECT YARN
WAS NOT PURCHASED FROM YARN AND COMPANY.

Private or group classes are available and encouraged. Call and we'll do our best to accommodate your wishes.

To make the most of your class time, please have all supplies ready prior to the scheduled class time.
A 50% deposit of the class fee will guarantee your place in your chosen class.
With less than 3 days cancellation notice, your payment will be forfeited.
