Afghan Square of the Month: The first Thursday 6P-8P OR the first Saturday 9A-11A of each month. A total of twelve different design squares will be offered and can be joined to create a full sized afghan or, for a smaller project, can be used to create one or several pillow tops. Participants must know how to do the knit and purl stitch. Sign up will be done on a monthly basis and joining this group may be done throughout the year.

Every Tuesday (6P-8P) or Thursday (throughout the day and evening): Ongoing workshops to learn how to knit, advance your skills or to work on a self chosen project with experienced help available. These classes are guaranteed to get your creative juices flowing and to provide an enjoyable social time for knitters of all skill levels.

Saturday Classes:

3/11/06 11a-1p	Felted Clogs	Frances Shaffer will be the instructor for this follow up class to the 2/25/06 class.
3/18/06 9a-1p	Introduction to Entrelac	Lucy Stroschine will be showing us this fascinating dimensional knitting technique that can be incorperated into many projects. Lucy is an accomplished knitter with many "tricks up her sleeve" and is eager to share her knowledge, experience and love of knitting. Her entrelac designs are currently on display at Yarn and Company. No pattern purchase required.
3/18/06 2p-4p	Knitted Vest	This is a follow up to the 2/18/06 class.
3/25/06 10a-2p	Fair Isle Sweater	Lizbet Okun will be teaching how to read a stitch and color chart, how to do two color knitting an how to do patterning while instructing on this neck down, one piece sweater. There will be 1-2 follow up classes offered. No pattern purchase required.
4/01/06 1p-3p	Felted Clogs	This is a second follow up class for those who might need it.
4/08/06 9a-1p	Knitted Shawl	Lucy Stroschine will show us how easy lace shawl knitting can be-at least that's what she tells me. I've seen a lace shawl that she taught a BEGINNER knitter to make and it was beautiful! Pattern purchase status is unknown.
4/08/06 2p-4p	Knitted Vest	This is an additional follow up class for those who need it.
4/15/06 10a-12noon	Fair Isle	This is a follow up to the 3/25/06 class
4/15/06 12noon-4p	Socks	Lizbet will show us all the steps needed to knit your own pair of socks. Just use self patterning sock yarn and most of the work is done for you. Parttern purchase required.
4/22/06 9a-1p	Felted Backpack	This turned out to be EVEN BETTER than I thought it would be. This is knitted in the round so that means there will be minimal finishing needed. This will be a great gift for so many people.
4/29/06 9a-11a	Diagonal Scarf	This popular scarf class is being offered again to those of you who missed it the first time. This is a unique pattern and knitting this technique can be addictive. Bet ya can't make just one!
